PLANT WISDOM ROOTED IN GOWER

Bramble & Nettle CIC is run by Francesca Gregory, Will Douglas, and our young daughter, Seren.

We believe in celebrating the health-giving virtues of plants and helping people reconnect with the abundance that grows around us.

Bringing together fresh food, herbal medicine, education and community.

Seasonal herbs, vibrant salads
and botanical teas

At Bramble & Nettle, we grow plants that nourish both body and spirit.

From crisp salad leaves and fragrant culinary herbs to carefully harvested herbal teas and edible flowers, everything we grow reflects the seasons, the weather and the living landscape of the Gower Peninsula.

We believe food should be fresh, local and deeply connected to place. That means growing with respect for the soil, welcoming wildlife into the fields, and allowing nature to guide the rhythm of the farm.

Offerings
grown with
love and care

We grow alongside other local growers on a shared community growing space in Gower, where collaboration, biodiversity and care for the land are at the heart of what we do.

Our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) membership offers weekly herb and salad boxes, giving members access to fresh, seasonal produce while directly supporting small-scale ecological farming.

Volunteer Days

Our volunteer days take place every Tuesday and are a chance to slow down, learn new skills and become part of the life of the land.

Whether you're sowing seeds, harvesting herbs or simply sharing tea and heartfelt conversation.

Herbal Medicine

Our herbal medicine work is rooted in a thriving medicinal garden and apothecary.

Led by qualified medical herbalist Will Douglas, we combine traditional wisdom with contemporary practice to make herbal medicine accessible, practical and deeply connected to the seasons.

Upcoming Workshops

Join us at Bramble & Nettle CIC for hands-on seasonal learning. Our workshops are designed to help you reconnect with the plant wisdom of the Gower Peninsula in a warm, community-focused environment.

Awaken Your Senses & Experiential Herbal Workshop

This 5 part series will explore 5 different plant medicines directly through our senses via the medium of a herbal water infusion. We will undertake a journey and understanding of how plant medicines act within our bodies. Following the mystery tea tasting we share our experiences, reveal the plants name and discuss the medicinal virtues of this plant. Following each session we will walk through the land to meet the plant in the healing garden. Participants will have the opportunity to harvest a bunch of fresh herbal medicines to take home.
